Terms & Conditions
- Entry to the casino will only be permitted with a prior confirmed booking made either through the Casino Golden website or the Casino Golden Call Centre.
- The permissible age for entry on the casino floor is 21 years. Any guest below the age of 21 years will not be allowed entry.
- A valid government photo ID should be carried for verification before getting into the premises. A passport is a must for all international guests coming to Casino Golden and they will have to furnish the same upon request.
- The dress code is Formal or Smart casual. Shorts, sleeveless T-shirts, flip-flops and chappals are not permitted.
- The right to admission is reserved with the management.
- Photography and Videography are not allowed on any floors.
- Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
- People in an inebriated state will not be allowed entry into Casino Golden.
- Management reserves the right to stop serving alcoholic beverages to guests they believe are in an inebriated state. People found in an inebriated state in the premises will be asked to leave the premises, the discretion of which lies with the Management. The concerned guest will also be liable to pay a minimum of ₹1000 for damage and cleaning charges to Casino Golden.
- Management also reserves the right to remove individuals from Casino Golden in case of unruly or disruptive behaviour.
- Management reserves the right to close any area due to unfavourable conditions or private bookings.
- Debit and Credit cards used for the transaction at the casino should have the name of the cardholder and should be supported by an original government-issued identity proof.
- Cards belonging to joint account holders and companies will not be accepted.
- International cards are not accepted.
- The above terms and conditions are subject to change as per Management’s decision.
